Well, this was a ride… Here we have a black steel roof, all new windows and horizontal Iron Ore D4 from Gentek!

We had to re-sheet the whole house and add three-quarter-inch insulation to raise the R value!! Doors are on the way to complete this beautiful piece. The owner was sick of people burning the siding with the barbeque, so we added a little steel siding.

I’ll be posting pictures of the completely gutted interior of the duplex once we get it put back together. We’re just in permit stage now so stay tuned guys.
